Catch a trout on a lake or river, or visit a trout spring & catch 1 on film instead. Professional fishing guides can take visitors to premier fishing spots where both fly fishing & trolling from charter launches yield excellent catches. Most will also smoke your catch for you, some provide mounting of trophies.
Equipment is available locally. Trout is not available commercially so the only way to eat trout is to catch it. A licence is necessary, obtained from sporting goods shops, fishing guides.
